WHAT’S ON OFFER

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, Customer Solutions, you'll be a key member of our BI team, focusing on the successful launch, ongoing support and value realization of our product for customers. This role is about servicing requests from our Business Acceleration, Product  and other engineering  teams to create reports and deliverables our customers need. 


WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Create and maintain impactful internal dashboards that track KPIs like adherence, usage, and lift, helping teams boost product adoption, retention, and satisfaction
  • Conduct regular and ad hoc analyses to uncover insights on customer engagement, ROI, and performance trends
  • Present findings through clear stories and visuals that guide strategic decisions across teams
  • Partner with data engineering and product analytics to ensure consistent, reliable data across tools
  • Partner with Product team to help measure impact of new features and system improvements
  • Transform insights into recommendations to through simple, visual, and action-oriented deliverables that drives common understanding and aligns stakeholders
  • Identify areas for improvement to enable greater self-sufficiency (i.e., platform configuration, availability of simulations)
  • Provide suggestions around analyses and automations that can be supported through internal tooling (i.e.Sigma)

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Post-Secondary degree in applied science, computer science & engineering, data science, mathematics or similar related discipline or equivalent related proven demonstrated experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related role
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, or the life sciences/pharma industry is a strong asset
  • Strong technical foundation: proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, SQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
  • Experience with large data technologies such as PySpark and Snowflake
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and data modeling (star/snowflake schemas)
  • Hands-on experience with BI platforms (Looker, Power BI, or Tableau)
  • Understanding of data governance and quality frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

LOCATION

We are a remote first company with employees in both Canada and the US.  Our office hub is located downtown Toronto.  Team building, communication and social connectivity are important and we support this with virtual and in-person collaborative work sessions, team meetings and socials.
