WHAT’S ON OFFER
As Technical Implementation Specialist, reporting to the Director, Engineering Development, you will have a critical role in configuring and implementing our AI-driven platform to enable our customer’s success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical systems design, data analysis, customer onboarding and ETL technology.

WHAT’S ON OFFER
As Technical Implementation Specialist, reporting to the Director, Engineering Development, you will have a critical role in configuring and implementing our AI-driven platform to enable our customer’s success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical systems design, data analysis, customer onboarding and ETL technology.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work directly with our customers to discover data assets and work to integrate them into our platform
- Build automated ETL workflows to enable repeatable and high quality data ingestion
- Configure our platform to meet the needs of the customer
- Utilize modern data tools like PySpark and Snowflake to explore and troubleshoot issues with ETL, data ingestion or system configuration
- Utilize our platform to deliver weekly data deliveries
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance system processes and reduce manual effort
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define technical requirements for implementations
- Configure and deploy solutions that integrate with clients’ existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
- Lead troubleshooting efforts during implementation phases to resolve technical challenges
- Uphold security protocols to protect data integrity and comply with industry standards
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong technical foundation: proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, SQL), database management, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, )
- Experience with data migration and ETL tools
- Experience with large data technologies such as PySpark and Snowflake
- Knowledge of APIs and integration frameworks
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools (e.g., Veeva Vault, Salesforce) and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
